Plan for tournaments for next year, including Frost in the Woods (Ice Bowl), DT Doubles, LITW
League plans for next year, including singles and doubles
Plan for other programs and events, including the summer camp and other outreach-type activities (weekend mini-clinics for families/seniors/women, etc.).
Course maintenance/improvements
Course impact from library/sewer construction and other long-term city projects
Nomination of officers for election in January/February
