The final match play event will be held on Dec. 5th at Redan.

Sign ups will start at 8:30
Players Meeting at 9:20
Match starts at 9:30

Sorry for the delay on the date, had to make sure of work obligations first.

Try and let me know if you are attending in this thread so I can have the brackets laid out.

Depends on how many show up. The rounds go pretty quick because they are only 9 holes, the finals are 18. I know the first year when the most folks showed up we were done by mid-afternoon at the latest.

Wow, the weather sure has changed a lot since I looked at it last. Just think of it as practice for the ice bowls. :lol:

I wish I could move it but I don't get many free Saturdays or Sundays so I have to do it this weekend. If you want the cash you have to show up.

Maybe the weather will change in a day or so....

Looks like the temps are dropping and trhe winds are picking up

Still looks like rain, but maybe it will pass through early?? That's what I'm hoping for.

Any chance to play the Pro tags, then jump in on the Am tag action? :twisted:

I am pretty sure there is no Pro action as they only had 1 and 2 and I don't think Keith is going to drive down to Redan to win his money back from buying the tag.

If the group that shows up, votes as a majority to let you play, then I am cool with it.

#370 ready to show the low number players my true game. I am up to 19 cans of assorted beans but mainly garbonzo's and black beans. I will eat a whole bermuda onion and wash it down with sauerkraut juice before we tee off to give everyone the full effect and activate my game plan. it's on!!

The weather held off for us and it turned out to be a nice day.
Ritger is the title champ once again!!! :twisted:

We gotta give it up to our new Am Bag Tag Champion 2009, John Ritger!!! I got to play against him, and i must say, he played like a Pro! We had a good match though and i really enjoyed playing with him(i think that was the first time i played with him). I want to dedicate the Hero song to him for his Championship..........

BIG THANKS to Wookie for running the action again. Too bad we didn't have more players show up as the weather turned out to be good. Obviously the best and brightest did make it there for the challenge. I guess others stayed home in their jammies and blankies and cuddled with their teddy bears and tags.

Congrats Ritger for winning the AM action and hopefully next year someone can bump you you out of that position.

I am trying to get it worked in towards the end of Nov. first part of Dec, but all these one day tourneys/club action keep popping up and taking all the weekends away. I will keep everyone posted.

Perhaps we can use the 12/5/10 Sunday date if the Cold Snake doesn't happen at Seqouyah. The date is reserved but there has been no info regarding the event happening. :idea:
