The 2009 Tags have been Ordered

Here is the deal: After much thought, consideration, conversation, and pondering, I have decided to stick with the original idea and keep the two tag system. That means if the Open players want more cash at the end of the year they need to get more players involved. It's just for fun, but it is also competition. I also encourage more card action this year at tournaments versus everyone throwing in their tags and getting them at the end. Challenge each other, and then also challenge the guys on your card and sort it out that way.

I have ordered 1-35 in Black with a Gold Stamp for Open and 1-65 in Gold with a Black stamp for AM's.

Just like the previous years, sign up where you think you belong, if you make it to the bottom of the Pro's you can drop or if you make it up to number 1 in the Am's you can move up for FREE, but only once.

The tags will be delivered to me today. The GSSS #2 will be the first official tag event. I am going to try and make sure things are a little different this year and I want to encourage NO group throw in's at the beginning of a tourney. I want to see how it works out on an individual basis this time. I will be passing out the rules sheets again as some folks last year forgot how the action works.

Yes, hopefully I can squeeze in an event, I might use the Atlanta Open or GSSS 2 as the first one since most of March is already full, it really depends on when I get them in my hand

I'm going to quit my job, foreclose on my house, run up my credit cards, receive unemployment, and get food stamps. That way I can receive my $14 cut from the stimulus package.

I updated the top post with some info. I don't think I will have them by the time the AO-Am event starts but if I do I will sell the AM tags then, otherwise it will be down at the GSSS #2 event.
