What is the Cobb County Open??

I see a "Cobb County Open" listed on the front page of this site for August 18th. But the date is all I know about it. If anyone else has any more information than the date, please share with the rest of us.

Craig posted about it in the Sanctioned Event thread and then said that the "guys over at OP" would be making it unsanctioned. See here. Might want to talk to them guys.
