What's with all the flagged trees?

Please don't tell me they are getting cut down?

That will totally ruin the course and ruin the park IMO.

Also, we ran into a dad and his kid that were having fun out there chucking and they loved the trees...

So in closing...trees good...no trees bad.

I have heard from the county that the plan is to cut down the trees. I love the trees on the course and think if you cut them down the course will be too easy. I play the course every day and will not be playing it if they cut all those trees down.

Are they doing it "for us"?

Is there a way to let them know that it would be silly?

These two people we met playing were brand new players...you know, 80' drive kind of guys and they wanted the trees to stay.
