There's good news and bad news here. The bad news is that the Disc Gods demand more discs at Flyboy than any other course on the planet.....right Bradshaw? The good news is that Brad Orman is the best disc fisherman on the planet , so our recovery rate is excellent! I'll post a list of the lost discs in the lost and found box soon. If you've left one of your Troopers on the battlefield at Flyboy, leave the location details here. Odds are good you'll get it back eventually.

my lost dogies

hole 2, champ firebird, clear, in the water just past the landing area about straight across from the basket
hole 2, champ boss, orange, 2009 Worlds stamp, in the water 30' out from the drop zone
hole 3, pro destroyer, white, in the water 30' out and left from the drainpipe
hole 5, glow t-bird, white, pin high and about as far in the water as the pin is on land
hole 25, champ gator, orange, in the water 20' out between tee and pin

Hole # <the one with the short hop over the water with the basket near the edge and a road behind it and a dropzone with a tree or shrub sort of in the way>

Thats hole #25. It eats a lot of discs but there's usually a pretty good rate of retrieval as long as it lands within a few feet of shore. I've put several discs in the water on this hole and it amazes me every time. Its only about 150 to cross and you could easily just muscle it across and deal with the OB behind (which doesnt involve losing a disc), but every time I try to finesse something close to the basket, often times coming up just short enough to see my disc hit the shore before sliding down into the murky depths.

I lost a yellow Star Wraith during the ADGO event. It hyzered into the water on 3 about 15' from the edge just past where the ditch empties into the lake. There's no phone number on it, but it is marked with a big fat 'M' on the underside. Also lost a green Champion Sidewinder on 5 (Lefty's Revenge) a few weeks later. It should be pin high, about 20' out and is marked with a big fat 'W'.

Hole 2 ummm 20 feet out from water line around 25 feet left of the basket, GREEN Elite Z XS. REALLY WILL MISS IT!!!

ALSO LOST, all recent putting skills, umm on holes 1-27'ish!!!

Orman went fishing at Flyboy today. Pulled out two of my Destroyers from the big lake with one cast of the Disc Grabber! Also got several more. I'll post names when I get a list together.

I lost a new GATEWAY ELEMENT on the island hole. About six feet off the bank right at the corner. I really would like this back. If the water wasn't still cold i would have gone in after it.

For all the folks who lost discs at Flyboy on Sunday, don't dispair. Most of them should come home.....eventually. As soon as the water warms up, we'll have a disc recovery day. If your name is on it, it'll get back to you.

My Dyed Blue Buzzz FLX was sitting on the roof about 3 ft from the basket at about 4PM this afternoon along with discs in every body of water if I recall correctly... but well worth it

I lost one of my favs in the infamous no guts no glory lake. A Carolina Blue ESP tourney stamped Force. Lost it on hole 15 about 50 feet out from the picnic table. I now have two in there, I am ready to go swimming!!!

I lost a groove in the lake on the par 5. not sure which hole but it was the one that has water 15 ft to the right right off the tee and curves around the lake. Also i lost a fright flight roc.

I lost a star teerex out in the lake on 15 today. It doesn't have my name on but it has a unique bad dye job. It was probably 30-40 or so feet out from shore at about where the land flattens out to the left of the lake there. Let me know if anyone fishes it out. thanks

My brother Rob Kelley lost a 'fly-dyed' Pro Wraith on that infamous #25. He said it landed about 15-20' ft short of land. His name is on the back.

2 innova dragons last Sunday. One was mine and one was my son's. mine ended up at the CTP between the dock and the basket and my Son's sat in the middle of the water on 3. He also lost an Orc on 5von the right side of the lake.

Kc Pro Roc 180, Inked. Left of the turn on 6. Still have a DX San Marino in 25 bout 10-15 feet out from the basket. Hopefully these turn up before next year sometime!!

My buddy mike losthis yellow innova wraith in pond. He shot it off tee box on hole 5. It is in the corner to the left about 20 ft out. That is if you are standing on the tee box for hole 5. it does not have his name on it.

yeah, theres a few bins inside the new pro shop area that have 40 or so lost discs sitting in them. There will probably be even more by the time action next weekend rolls around

I also have a champion Boss (pre-release) blue/purple in the same area.
Brad Bowman and I swam the area for 30 minutes and found a Roc, but that was all. I payed 40 bucks for my disc and threw it about 8-10 times.... really sucks!

That area is covered in moss and undergrowth right now.... maybe it will be gone in the Fall ?

It drops off just pass the drain. I'm not sure how deep it gets, but I didn't want to find out and take a chance on catching a hook or getting snagged under water. I'd say at least a drop from 7-8 drain to land, 10-13 just past the drain. With all the algae and lilly pad moss (made up that last name) I didn't want to go swimming under water and poke my eye on unseen objects.

lost orange champ perkerson park stamp wraith on hole 4, in water, close to bog where drain drops more water in. (was so happy with hole three that i lazied my flick here)

lost purple discraft Glide on hole 13 in woodpile on right that you're very clearly supposed to avoid. (what's even stupider is that my first shot was perfect and gave me an easy birdie, so why did i throw a second...?...probly cuz i'm dumb)

both of these were lost on 8/22/10

I could see the pruple disc in the wood pile near the far end while I was mowing the area yesterday. Didn't have time to climb in there and grab it, but I'm sure it will find its way to the lost and found box.

Alright...here we go.

LOST: Yellow Star Wraith on Hole 3. About 5-6 feet off the shoreline probably 60 feet short of the basket.
LOST: Pink Star Valkyrie on Hole 5. Got hung up in a tree about 40 feet up just at the turn. Wedged in to a couple branches...it might have fallen during the round.
LOST: R-Wood Roc on hole 25. Just short of the first peninsula probably 10-15 feet from the corner.

Made two sacrifices to the DG Gods on my first Flyboy outing. A Blue and Yellow Tie-Dye Champ Beast into the drink on the beautiful hole #3. Also a Blue Pro Katana into the water on hole #6. Name and number on both. Would be nice to get back but totally worth it even if they are gone for good!

SAT 7/9/11 - Overcooked my second shot and sent this disc into the lake (probably about 15 ft in). Name and number should be on it (??)
Turns out there were only 50 of these made

If anyone plans to drag the lake on #3, please turn the corner and hit the area behind and to the right of the basket on #9 (looking from the teepad).
So Keith Johnson tells me: "you aren't supposed to play with limited edition discs Dan. :mrgreen:
