Disc Golf Atlanta Disc-cussion

Hi all,

I'm a keen, if slightly inept, disc golfer from the UK. I'm planning to be across in Atlanta with work for a few weeks next month and should have the weekend 22/23 Oct free. Are there any regular opportunities to play around that time or is there anyone who'd be willing to show me the best of what Atlanta Disc Golf has to offer?

Nick, I would recommend Sunday Dubs at Redan at 10AM - all are welcome!!! Check the Redan section of the board for more info.

If you're coming over next month, the 22nd and 23rd are Monday and Tuesday in October. If you're talking September 22nd-23rd, I would follow Vern's lead.

Depending on where you are in ATL, we will be having 3rd Sunday doubles at Deerlick Park in Douglasville. It is about 30 minutes from downtown on the West side. Peanut doubles is at Redan about the same distance on the East side. Bonus is I'LL have plastic for sale at Deerlick

. Wait for it.....I'm predicting a "yea, but Deerlick sucks!"

Much appreciated. I'm now flying out on the afternoon of Sat 13th so I'll plan to pop across to Redan at 10am on Sunday 14th.

I'll also definitely go for the 3rd Sunday game at Deer Lick Park on the 21st as I'm staying on that side of town. What time does that kick off?
