I just want to encourage all of you that have kids that play occassionally or often or whatever to sign up for the Juniors tournament in Toccoa. You do not have to worry about how competitive it will be, how unskilled or inexperienced your child is - it is just for fun. Everyone has a chance to win stuff - we had an absolute blast last year with 40+ kids - ages 6-19 as I recall.

My younger son played as a 7-year old last year - we made it through after 120+ strokes (he'd only played a couple of time before). John is going to have shorter tees for the younger kids this year. It really does get the kids more excited about playing the game.

Looking for sign up info. Is John running this?

Can someone help with posting a flyer or list out the all the info on where to send registrations so that the Jrs can pre register?

This is from the Toccoa website: Jrs pay $15

Apparently, he is. This was posted in the thread on juniors events I started a while back:

The 3rd. annual Jrs. Holiday Classic will be held on Dec.1 at the Rose Lane course. $15 gets you in. There will be 1 round of 24
holes, putting contest, drawing for an Innova skilshot target.
A pizza party will follow. To guarantee a players pack you must be registered by 11-27-07. All Jr. divisions will be offered. Registration is from 9-10. day of tourney. Send name, age,
