1 day, 2 rounds of 20 holes: Layout = the 18-hole temp course layout + 2 new layout holes. Par = 68.
Rec plays short tees both rounds.
Open, Adv & Int divisions play long tees both rounds.
LunchWe'll have Dem Boyz BBQ cooking on site.
Lunch menu:Main meats are ribs, pulled pork, chicken, and sausage. Sides are baked beans, potato salad, coleslaw, and green beans.
The plate options will be a ribs ($10), BBQ pulled pork ($7), chicken breast ($8), and chicken dark meat ($6). All plates come with two sides and a drink.
Saturday Feb 2/25/2012: Course Workday & Practice/Doubles Action:9am-12pm = course tourney prep & new course installation workday. Bring cutting tools. This is significant help to getting a permanent course as your volunteer labor counts $20/hour towards a CASH grant we're applying for to fund the installation of concrete pads.
1pm = Doubles action on tourney layout.
5 divisions: Open, Advanced, Intermediate, Recreational, Womens Intermediate.
Note changed format -- lower entry fees, no disc included -- but you can still get our standard champion disc for an extra $12. All divisions pay the same low entry and receive the same players pack with custom mini and custom trophies for top 3 spots for each division. This is a non-traditional, trophy-only event. Your entry fees directly fund the donation, less expenses.
Side Action: There will be significant additional day of cash divisional side action, back by popular demand. Entry Fees: I'm trying a new concept where early registrants (who make life easier for the TD) are rewarded with lower fees. That's right, wait around and pay more.

Long sleeve t-shirts cost $15 each and I can custom order the sizes up until a week before the event. PM/email if interested.
Rather than including the discs in the players pack, they can be purchased separately for $12 for champion plastic.

This remains a charitable event, hence the low entry fee and trophy only payout. Proceeds this year will primarily be used to install the permanent disc golf course in Perkerson Park, but some of the donation will also benefit the Sullivan Center.
We are trying to raise upwards of $5,000 to fund the installation of concrete teepads, signage and recompense trees. The Sullivan Center is a 501(c)(3) organization located 2 blocks from Perkerson Park whose mission is the prevention of homelessness, poverty and economic inequality.
We have raised approximately $7,400 in the last 4 years of this event for the Sullivan Center and Friends of Perkerson Park. We raised $2,221 in 2011.
