Raindrop Disc Golf Tournament 2011

What: PDGA C-Tier Tournament to benefit the Hulsey Little River Trust. Lunch provided by Dave's Pizza. Registration includes entrance to festival & unlimited beer cup.
When: Saturday, Oct. 8, 2011
Where: George Ward Park
Event info: Two rounds of 18 holes
Registration: 5:30 - 7:30 p.m. Friday Oct 7th GW disc golf parking lot
Late Registration: 6:30-8:30 a.m. (tournament central will also be along side of GW disc golf parking lot)
Players meeting: 8:45 a.m.
Round 1 tee: 9 a.m.
Round 2 tee: TBD


Entry Fees: Fee includes entry to the festival

Open - $60
Advanced - $45
Intermediate - $35
Recreational/Novice - $30

***ADD $10 FOR NON-PDGA MEMBERS***


Basket throw-off: $10/3 throws For DGA Mach V basket w/ portable package.... This is a real chance to bring a true course quality basket to your backyard!!! We will be having a qualifying round during our lunch break (probably an hour and half) and finals after the second round.

I will say this more than once, but I would like to thank PJ Aguirre of Painting by PJ and Team Catfish for his VERY kind donation to our cause....He is completely responsible for making our basket throw off possible and he has even spiced it up more for our largest division by adding a 1st place prize of a DGA Mach lite basket, can you believe that?

**You do not have to be in the tournament to enter the throw off, just be there for the qualifier and finals if you qualify**

Ace Pot: We will have a $5 ace pot. ***If there are no aces thrown, then all proceeds will go directly to our charity***

Raindrop Festival 2011

Once we are finished up with the tournament, all entrants will have free access to the festival at the pavilion and an unlimited beer cup!

**we will have wristbands for age verification**

We will have 4 bands: Alpha Groove, Southern Phoenix, Rescue Dogs and, Mark Carmichael starting around noon going til dark (6:30p) and Pizza slices from Daves Pizza available for sale.

So, please mark us on your calendar, tell all of your family and friends so that we will all have one truly great day at GW and enjoy what is looking to be some fantastic weather on Saturday October the 8th 2011!!!
