EAT SLEEP DISC presents THE SEXIE BIRDIE

Date: Sunday - Sept 18th 2011
George Ward Park (Birmingham, AL)

...3 Rounds of 13 for Everyone & a final 13 for the top 50% of each field
So you will get 3 or 4 PDGA rated rounds

George Ward’s 24 holes plus 2 temp holes will be split into two 13 hole courses
The baskets will be placed in shortest/easiest positions allowing for lots of Sexy Birdies and super quick play.
George Course will consist of: 1,2,3,4,5,5.5,6,7,8,9,10,11,18
Ward Course will consist of: 12,13,14,A,B,C,D,E,F,15,16,16.5,17

PDGA C-Tier

ENTRY FEES:
Open: $50
Advance: $40
Advanced Masters: $40
Intermediate: $30
Recreational: $30
Novice: $30
Amateur Women: $30
Non-Not Current PDGA Members add $10 to above divisions
ACE POT INCLUDED IN ENTRY FEE!!
(if no one hits it, it will be rolled into the next ESD Event)

Late Registration: 7:30-8:30am
Player Meeting: 8:45am
Shotgun Start: 9:00am

From Ratings Guy Chuck Kennedy on the PDGA Discussion Board:
"But no rounds with less than 13 holes ever get official ratings."


So by adding 2 holes to the course and making them 13 hole rounds - you and everyone else will get ratings.

Thanks to everyone who came out! We had boys & gals from Chattanooga & Huntsville but most of the folks from B'ham went to Georgia???? We had fun regardless and played 3 or 4 rounds at GW depending if you made the cut! Thanks to both of the Chonny's and Chustin for helping out with scores n' stuff and special thanks to JB for the scrumptious Chicken Salad & Veggies! Spoiled us again! We're talking about making this a quarterly event...it was just too much fun.
