Is the tourney layout ok, considering daylight savings?

I really wanted to play a few holes out in the open the first round, so what I decided to do is play the short pins/pads on 2, 3, 5, 7, 8, 10, 11, 12. Then we play 17 long up by #1 (par 4). #18 would then be the drive from the parking lot across the road. Number 18 would be super long from the tower all the way down to old open 14 pin. It'll be a par 5. So 19 holes, par 60.

Second Round---17 short, 18 short, out.

Can we do this comfortably enough?
