I have a 300' measuring reel that I used to measure the holes at Wills this evening. Most of the posted distances are pretty close to what I measured, but some of them were off by a big margin (notice the reversal of the relative lengths of #1 and #3). I measured the straightest lines I could find while remaining in the fairways. For example, I measured around the dogleg on #8 instead of the theoretically possible but unwise dead-straight line, while on #13, instead of trying to estimate a hyzer line out over the tennis courts, I measured straight from basket to the concrete area by the tennis courts where the doubles group tees off. This line on #13 is conceivable, while the hyzer line over the OB tennis courts is impossible to define. Likewise, I measured up the fairway on #10, rather than cutting straight through the shule, but I kept the line close to the trees on the right side of the fairway to estimate the straightest available, though not quite straight, line. Without further ado, here are my measurements, and I'm confident of them to within 2 or 3 feet.

Also, where there is no clear marker for the "official" front of the tee box, I just measured to the sign, since that's a defineable distance. Don't worry, I know where the "real" tee box is on #15, and I measured to that, not to the sign.

Also, I saw a local, Chris, at the course today, practicing his putting while I was finishing up my measurements on #18. He suggested I write my measured distances in small numbers on the backs of the tee signs in sharpie marker, with the date. I liked the idea, but I thought I'd run the idea by the locals before I did so. In fact, now that the numbers are available here, I'll leave it up to the Wed. night group to decide if they want to mark the backs of the signs or not.
