Disc Golf Promo to be Filmed Next Thursday (May 5th)

Should have the details tomorrow but The Henry County local government access channel called me today with an interest in filming a 5-10 min promo to be aired next week.

I'm looking for some golfers who would be interested in being filmed while playing golf at JPM. If anyone is off next Thursday and would be available please, please let me know. Ideally I would like at least three other golfers so that a foursome is present.

Tomorrow I should know the time when the filming is to take place. Hope to see anyone there.

I'll know more details Monday but if you are at all interseted let me know what time works best. I was thinking either at around 10 or early in the afternoon. I beleive they are going to air it on Friday so the more people that they see on the course the better.

I would love to see some female golfers in the Promo...Bill are you listening?

This promo could have a real positive spin for the disc golf in Henry county!

This Thursday at 10 am disc golf will be featured at JP Moseley Park in Stockbridge as a PSA for Henry County. The feature will be short-only a few minutes long but will be showcased on channel 14 here in Henry county. This is an excellent vehicle to expose disc golf to a wide demographic of people while also showcasing one of Georgia's best disc golf courses. I am hoping to use this, as well as recent exposure of The Atlanta Open, to persuade the Park's department to expand the disc golf course from 18 holes to 27.

I Need Golfers!!!

I know this is last minute, but the more golfers that are seen the better. The only acting role I am asking anyone to play is the one of willing participant. This is a great chance to make disc golf in Atlanta better.

I hope to see anyone there. You are all welcome to participate.
