I lost a disc on Sunday afternoon in the big, thorny shrubbery by the parking lot. It's a beat-up white Innova Leopard. It has my name, phone number, and email address written inside the rim, unless the writing has worn off.

i lost a disc out at Op, and someone nice decided to turn it in and call me, i showed up to get my number 1 putter and no was out running doubles to open he box for me, the next time i could i went out to get it and found someone had cracked the box,and lifted my number one putter, the first thing the NGDGC has probably ever done right and some poopoohead ruined a solid idea

Poopooheads are everywhere. So if one of y'all finds my disc, don't put it in the box. I think it may have been vandalized last weekend as well. It might take an aluminum or steel box of some sort to keep the vandals and thieves at bay. Let's just be glad they're not stealing the baskets.

A guy named Phil Called me from Oregon Park last week to let me know he found my Yellow Champion Leopard. He said he hide it under the bridge going to hole one.

I asked Wade to get it for me the next time he was out there.

Wade sent me a PM over the weekend letting me know that he went to get the disc from under the bridge and it was not there :cry:

Hey guys...

I lost my white DX Leopard this morning at OP. It bounced around in the three fairway trees on the right side of #6, came out of the tree and looked like it was going to roll toward the basket, but then had some Bermuda-Triangle-style incident and totally vanished.

My name and email address are on the back of the disc, but I figured that I should post here as well...mostly to warn you about the black hole or vortex that my disc encountered...haha.

I might just be waaaay out of the loop, but when I drove by yesterday it looked like the #2 basket was missing?

Also, about a week and a half ago, I saw that the #6 basket lock was unlocked, (so I locked it).

EDIT: The basket was back in place yesterday, but all of the locks were unlocked throughout the course. What's going on with that?

Sometimes the baskets get moved for things like the Thursday night Doubles.

I know a Pete. He's a big tall guy with lots of gray hair. Throws a mean disc, and he eats at El Porton in Alpharetta Highway in Roswell all the time. Nice guy.

I lost a peach-colored Cyclone in Elite X plastic last week, somewhere between hole 3 and hole 12. I think maybe the disc gnomes snatched it from my bag, 'cause I honestly can't figure how it disappeared. It's got my name, my email address, and my phone number on it, so if you find it, please contact me. If you find it, I'll give you an unmarked disc I found on the Rock Shot hole the same day, or maybe one of my D Cyclones that I don't use as much. Or if someone can describe the disc I found, I'll return it to you.

I lost my favorite disc messing around before the ace race. I cant recall when the hell I threw it but it's gone. It's a red Innova Max with the stamp worn off. On Saturday, Feb. 27, while we were doing some cleanup, we found an old Valkyrie with the name "Kyle Worthington" on it. I tried calling the number on the disc, but somebody else has that phone number now. Does anybody know who Kyle Worthington is? If you do, and he wants the disc, send him a link to this thread. Last I heard Mason has dibs on it if it goes unclaimed.

You can't expect him to narrow it down to a hole do you - you're lucky if he can narrow it down to a course usually. :mrgreen:

He is definately the #1 player on the nationwide list of most discs lost in a 1 year span. :shock:

Out at Oregon Park the disc gnomes are bolder than normal. I could swear they walk up behind you while you're putting and steal discs right out of your bag. I've had several unexplainable disappearances like this over the past year. Also I might be able to give Jason a run for his money for the lost discs award. I get a ribbing from time to time by Bob from Disc Caddie because I'm always stopping in for another disc, but I don't think he realizes how many of them are replacement discs for what I've lost. :cry:

Had this happen to our group a couple weeks ago. Set the bag down to assist someone else and when we came back less than 5 mins later a disc was gone. A few days before that an errant throw was picked up before we could get over the hill to pick it up. Gotta protect your bag out there...

Was playing a round with a buddy today and he lost a yellow DX Leopard with green hotstamp. Its a light disc (from the beginner pack.) Was lost on hole 4 i believe. Has 2 names and numbers. Either can link to owner as the disc was a hand-down from me.

I played Oregon Park on Tuesday June 2 (a rainy day) and had the unfortunate experience of losing two of my crucial discs in the muddy creek near holes 15 & 16. I'm missing them greatly. Air Jordan misses you and wants to come back to you. He was just hanging around in the fairway of what's going to be #13 in the ADGO event layout, though he was kind of coy about how long he had been lying there so it could be you let him hyzer out on #8 before we installed all the new stuff. the only way to get your disc back from OP is to have someone steal it, take it home and throw it into someone else's yard then THAT person will call you.

There are a few people at Oregon Park who will return your disc, but it seems to take more luck there than some other places. There have been times when a disc goes missing from my bag at OP and I don't even remember throwing it that round.

YO! I found a set of keys on the hill just after the teepad on Hole 1. They have a KSU lanyard attached, and only consists of 3 keys. Looks like a house key, and two car keys (GM and Chevy). If these are yours, let me know!

I agree. Even though the vast majority of chuckers at OP don't have the basic decency to call a found disc's owner, there are still cases where it happens. The only way to be sure you won't get it back is not to mark it.

Ari lost a blue and orange Vibram Trak somewhere in the trees on the right side of Hole 6, somewhere short of the silver basket.

Lost my phone at Oregon Park tonight in the parking lot by the building where we sign up. It's an old white/purple trim non thinking phone, but it has all my contacts in it and I want it back. It may actually be in Bill Thornton's car. Please let me know if you found it.

Found a disc with no name on hole 18's green right by the basket today around 5pm. It had a LED light taped on it. Let me know if it's yours and I'll get it back.
