Tuesday Daytime Doubles meets each week for a round of FREE random draw doubles.

Time: 12:00 noon
Place: Lenora or Alexander (alternating)
Cost: Zero (it's all for fun)
Side Action: 1 quid CTP optional, whatever else you can drum up. (it's not ALL for fun)

Check near the end of this thread for where it is this week.

If we start at 12 noon, we can easily be done by 2pm at either park. I'm OK with that and at least 2 of the others I talked to were ok with a noon start. Let's start with that on the 9th at Lenora.

It'll help. The most common comment about Flyboy is about how much it reminds people of Lenora Park. =-)

We had a good round yesterday with five players. Gerrit's son, Conner, hit some great putts, nailing a 35 footer on 17 to close out the round with the tee pad.

Next week we are playing at Alex, 12 sharp.

CHOP stop helping my wife! She's killing me! :lol:

In all seriousness we went out to our field at Bethesda park and she got several shots out over 230' (according to google earth), she was consistently at around 215' or so with some shorties in the 150-180' range.

All this into a 10-20mph headwind. I would say your tip helped her a bunch!!

Neither Conor nor I will be making it out to Lenora at noon. I twisted my ankle driving on 16 at the Alex today and had to hobble my way back to the car. I was hoping it would get better by tomorrow, but it doesn't look like it's going to.

So, I'll be working a temporary schedule that prevents me from being predictably available on Tuesdays. After that, I hope to be on a more normal schedule and won't be available at all on Tuesdays.

That being said, please carry on, but Conor and I will no longer be able to attend Tuesday daytime action.
