We were greeted by him today at Redan. He walked up as we were chillin on hole 3's picnic tables. He searched everyones coolers because there was a beer sittin on the table. He gave a ticket to anyone with alcohol, and told us that this is a continuing problem out here. He was very nice about it, it could have been worse.

Just sayin'.

Bummer. Hope you guys were his quota for the month. The community center will mean more eyes on the course and the parking lot which is good and bad.

dekalb count cops we're striking by not writing tickets last time i saw something on the news but im sure the park ranger isn't the same thing.

Heard that Mr. Ranger (I've named him Richard) was out again Saturday, with a member of Deklab's finest, searching bags and coolers when given a reason like seeing a beer. This is 2 or 3 weekends in a row and even an appearance during the week. If you can't afford the ticket or just don't want to get popped, don't bring beer or drugs to Redan.
